Eurowings Summer Party 2025 – Team spirit, ideas and a festive atmosphere

Every summer, Eurowings hosts its big summer party 2025, where colleagues from the various companies – Eurowings Aviation GmbH, Eurowings Digital, Eurowings Technik and Eurowings Holidays – come together. Together, they celebrate not only the successful summer OPS, but also the special team spirit that defines the company.


One highlight of the evening was the award ceremony for the ideas management programme. This recognised the best employee ideas that contributed to greater efficiency or noticeable cost savings – an inspiring example of how each individual can help shape and make a difference.


In addition to the official stage with speeches by the management, the focus was above all on getting together: seeing old acquaintances again, exchanging ideas, laughing, enjoying good food and drinks. A DJ provided the right atmosphere, accompanied by entertaining activities that ensured lots of fun and variety.


My job was to capture all these special moments – from the speeches by the management and the award ceremony to the little moments of joy and togetherness. The summer party was a complete success and at the same time offered a wonderful preview of the legendary Christmas party in December.
